Job Description: Enduro Composites is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Foreman - Field Service - to join our team in Freeport, TX. As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our installation crew, which specializes in FRP installation, repair, and maintenance. Work is performed with some latitude to resolve disputes and problems encountered in the field in accordance with defined design plans and other contract documents. Work is reviewed by the relevant Project Manager through frequent meetings, daily reports and results obtained. The position is crucial to ensuring the success of our projects in local chemical plants and other industrial sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Field Service Department installation crew, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee FRP installation, repair, and maintenance projects at chemical plants and industrial sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to field service teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism within the Field Service Department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in leading or managing installation crews in construction work environments, carpentry, measuring to specifications, and use man-lift equipment and power tools required
  • Vast knowledge of reading and understanding related drawing for assembling and installing manufactured products required
  • Work experience of installing Enduro’s Composite Water & Wastewater products a plus!
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Valid driver license required; out-of-state travel required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with local chemical plants and industrial sites along the Texas Gulf Coast area is a plus.
